- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine peanut butter, sugar and eggs in bowl until blended and smooth.
- Shape dough into 24 balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased parchment lined cookie sheet. Press gently with the back of a spoon to make an indent on the top for the chocolate.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
- Makes about 2 dozen cookies
